OmeTV Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By signing in, entering as a guest or otherwise using OmeTV, you agree to these terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and an adult under the laws of your country, to use OmeTV. By using the service you confirm that you are. We ban accounts that appear to belong to minors.

3. Accounts and guests

You can sign in with Google, Yandex or Facebook, or, where it is enabled, use the chat as a guest. You are responsible for what happens through your account and your device. Do not share your account, use someone else's or create accounts to get around a ban. We may limit, suspend or close guest access and accounts at any time.

4. Community rules

The full rules are on the Rules page and are part of these terms. The key ones:

• Keep your face visible in the camera. Do not point the camera at screens, photos, objects or body parts instead of your face.
• No nudity, sexual content, sexual gestures or sexual proposals.
• No harassment, insults, threats or bullying.
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, age or appearance.
• No illegal content or activity, including anything involving minors.
• No spam, advertising, scams or begging, and no recording or sharing other people's video without their consent.

5. Moderation and bans

To enforce the rules, conversations are moderated by people and by automated tools. As described in the Privacy Policy, still frames from cameras are taken for reports, live moderation and bans, and may be checked by an AI image classifier. Moderators can view live sessions.

If you break the rules, we may end your conversation, match you with fewer people, or ban your account, device, IP address or network, temporarily or permanently, with or without warning. Automated tools may issue temporary bans on their own. The ban screen shows the reason, the duration and the photo the ban is based on.

If you think a ban is a mistake, write to support@beerw.ru with the date, the reason shown and how we can find your account. A moderator will review it. Our decision after review is final.

6. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for everything you show, say or send in the chat. You keep any rights you have in it. You allow us to transmit it to your partners and to use frames and reports as described in the Privacy Policy to run and moderate the service.

Strangers are not verified. Do not share private information such as your address, phone number or financial details. End a conversation at once if you feel uncomfortable, and report anyone who breaks the rules.

Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, use bots or automation, or interfere with other users.

7. No warranty

OmeTV is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that you will be matched with anyone. We are not responsible for what other users say or do.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OmeTV and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or from the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using OmeTV at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@beerw.ru. We may suspend or end your access at any time, in particular if you break these terms or the rules. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as sections 6 to 8, continue to apply.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or the service. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
